Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) Acadia is a community of faculty, staff, and students dedicated to supporting and empowering women and girls in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM). Since 2014, WISE has fostered mentorship, collaboration, and leadership while promoting an inclusive environment where individuals can connect, build confidence, and thrive.
Through mentorship, educational programming, outreach, and community engagement with industry professionals and camps, WISE works to inspire the next generation of scientists, engineers, and innovators while supporting women pursuing STEM and STEAM-related fields. WISE is committed to creating opportunities that encourage belonging, representation, and lifelong engagement in science and engineering.
